The Main structure of the home and structures that are permanently attached to it. Assessing the proper amount of insurance for your dwelling can allow for rebuilding of all or part of the structure should you have a major covered loss.
Structures on your property that are not attached to the main structure. Things like fencing, decks, gazebos, other outbuildings and even a garage that is not attached to the main structure.

When you have a covered loss that makes your home uninhabitable, this can pay for expenses that you would incur above and beyond your normal living costs. Hotel or rental home, eating expenses, travel etc.
A subsection of Personal Liability. Can pay for medical expenses for anyone who is not a member of your household and experiences an injury while on your property.
Many types of personal property have sub-limits within the main limit of coverage. A few of these are Jewelry, Watches, Furs, Guns, Coins, Valuable papers, and money.
